Our goal is to foster a safe environment for client, clients’ family, guests, visitors, as well as employees and vendors. Primary considerations are to preserve the physical safety, security, of client, employees and visitors to the facility. As privately employed security agents, MEP security personnel are held to a high standard of professionalism, and as defined by the scope of work, they are present for deterrence, documentation and intervention of any potential threats that may occur on client’s estate.
Have confidence in knowing that you, family, guests, visitors and facilities are safe by allowing MEP to protect your property. MEP works directly with you or your management team in order to determine facility protocol, guest and vendor schedules, and level of access to the facility.
MEP will make sure that the entire facility is secure by conducting physical foot patrols. Agents will make note of any safety or security concerns and pass it on to you or to your estate management team. We encourage our personnel to interact with your employees and communicate any issues concerning the property observed during patrols. The monitoring of CCTV is critical in securing all areas of your estate and MEP agents maintain a high level of alertness as well as training in CCTV systems.
MEP will provide a full security assessment of your property and proceed to put in place options for the client. The security plan will be uniquely designed for the client’s property using our experts with years of law enforcement experience, dignitary protection specialists, and federal law enforcement agents. MEP will recommend either an armed or unarmed detail depending on the results of the security assessment. The ultimate decision will be that of the client and what security plan will give them the peace of mind that they want. MEP will recommend what we believe is best and will serve the client’s needs.
MEP has strict confidentiality agreements with all of its agents and contractors in order to ensure that your lifestyle and reputation remain confidential. MEP is also comfortable signing confidentiality agreements provided by our clients for further peace of mind and risk mitigation. MEP strictly enforces the confidentiality agreement it has with employees and vendors, as well as those that it signs with clients.
Clients should rest assured that MEP will not divulge any personal or business information to any outside party, such as media, without your express written consent. Due to the significant personal decision to allow security onto your facility, clients can rest assured that they can continue to work without worry that any personal details will be released to the public.

MEP has a “no questions asked” security removal policy for clients. If for whatever reason, a client wants a security agent removed from a facility detail, MEP will comply with the request immediately with no questions asked. Account Manager’s time is not billed in any way to client. Our account manager will be on site approximately 1 hours per week at un-announced times to check up on the account lead and the assigned security guards. He is also liaison to company president on all security initiatives and project maintenance.
Overtime is never billed to client. We have accounted for project overtime in our billable rate.
Holidays are billed at time and a half. MEP recognizes federally recognized holidays only. Uniforms, equipment or other expenses are never billed to client.
Our price also includes the cost of background checks for all personnel who are directly responsible for securing your facility. All armed personnel are subject to a comprehensive background check during the hiring process. MEP will provide all security agents the appropriate and necessary training and certifications through approved California Bureau of Security and Investigative Services training programs.
Pre-employment drug testing costs and random drug testing costs which take place throughout the year are never billed to client.
