Fernando Ceja

Fernando T Ceja joined the Marine Corps after graduating high school with honors and chose to pass on several academic scholarships in order to serve his country. Within the four years of active service, he received many commendations and meritorious promotions. He became a non commissioned officer within two years from enlisting and was the team leader for his platoon. He reached the rank of Sergeant and was responsible for the training and safety of his Marines.

After leaving the military with an Honorable discharge, Mr. Ceja went on to graduate from California State University Northridge with a BA (Cum laude) in Sociology, Criminology, and Criminal Justice. Where he once again showed his dedication and devotion to his work. While attending college, Mr. Ceja had a full-time job and a part time job as an Executive Protection agent to help pay his way through college. The work ethic of Mr. Ceja was instilled upon him starting at a very young age and continues till this day. His military and academic achievements are proof of this.

Upon graduation, Mr. Ceja decided to not pursue a career in law enforcement, and instead become an entrepreneur. He began by getting certified as an Executive Protection agent and has continued his education and certifications in the security field. The approach of Mr. Ceja to providing security and protection to his clients is that of excellence in service. He expects top quality work from his employees and demands top level performance that is not often found in other companies.

Mr. Ceja has integrated a unique approach to estate security that incorporates estate management skills which were developed while he served as Director of Security and Estate Manager for a HNWI. He held both positions for over eight years, until he decided it was time to start his own security company. MEP was born from hard work, dedication, and devotion to serving clients’ security needs in a way that is uniquely designed for them.
